You do not have to finish the pre-req's to transfer, however!, you should do as much as you can. No more than 14 semester (21 quarter) units may be taken Pass/Not Pass.Keep in mind, not all LASC courses are UC and CSU transferable, so check LASC’s list of UC and CSU transferable courses at www.assist.org . Also, not having calc on your UC application will severely hurt your chances for admission. =],

As for the OP: try to finish two semesters of calculus. If you aren't sure how many college units you will have, check copies of your transcripts and/or talk to your college counselor.
